Relaxation or
Therapeutic Massage

This treatment combines orthopedic techniques, pressure point work, and fascial release with relaxation methods that support both body function and nervous system regulation. Designed to relieve pain, restore function, and release tension, this session helps your body and mind feel renewed.

Orthopedic head and neck
(Migraine/ Whiplash)

This session combines orthopedic, pressure points, myofascial release and relaxation techniques to ease pain and reduce stress to help with migraines, neck issues, and whiplash.

TMJD Relief
(TMJ)

This session uses Precision Neuromuscular Therapy techniques to address TMJD (temporomandibular joint disorder). Assessment of jaw, joint, glossus complex, including hyoid bone positioning. Extraoral and intraoral techniques are used to give specialized treatment. Longer sessions include orthopedic head and neck massage.

Kinetic Thai Massage

This session blends Thai massage principles with modern sports therapy to improve mobility and increase range of motion. Techniques include targeted muscle release, fascial work, stretching, and compression. Performed while fully clothed, sessions can take place on a massage table or floor mat.

Enjoy the benefits of therapeutic bodywork in the comfort of your own location! This service includes travel, setup, and all necessary equipment to create a relaxing, professional experience wherever you are.
A 90 minute minimum is required. If you would like more time, please let me know after booking.

*Locations longer than a 30 minute drive from central Austin may be an additional charge

Memberships

Prioritize your wellness with monthly massage at a reduced rate. Memberships helps you stay consistent with your self-care while saving on regular visits.

Additional sessions during the month can be booked at the same discounted rate. Unused sessions roll over for two months, so you’ll never miss out on your time to restore and recharge.

Does not include TMJ or orthopedic head and neck massage.
